I placed an order and paid for my order in full. According to them the price I was quoted was an error. They offerd no other solution but to return the funds. I incurred fees for tranfering and sending my funds to them. Tough luck for me. They had lots of time to inform me of this apparent error, but they waited until after I went through the trouble of sending them thousands of dollars.
The best part? if I (or any customer) wanted to cancel an order placed, I am liable to pay any fees the company incurred as well as any difference in the price of the gold. (If it goes up in value between when you place the order and when you cancel the order you’re expected to pay the difference in ‘potential loss’)
One set of rules for you canceling and a totally different set of rules if they cancel for any reason. Their ‘customer service’ completely ignored my questions about this practice. Only care now because I’m sharing the horrible experience with others.
